At EESR, your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For other cases, we recommend placing a new order after receiving your refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items
Used items, clearance items, or products not in original condition are not eligible for return.
